Farewell to Casey Dog

Writer's Journal: Sadly, my dog Casey passed away from old age. He had arthritis and other serious health problems. When younger, he was also known by friends as Dogzilla because of his huge size. I miss him every day. Now that I am doing so much research for books set in Poland, Alaska and Idaho/Nevada, I won't get another dog. He had a second home with Angie at the Top Dog kennel, and I am grateful to her for Casey's great care.
